Something that I have noticed more and more lately while driving to and from work, is that people don't know how to make right turns. The etiquette is to get over to the right, slow down, and make your turn. What has been happening is that people completely ignore the first step. Everyone seems to slow down and put on their turn signal, but they never move over. They make the turn from the middle of the lane forcing everyone behind them to practically come to a stop, creating higher probability of an accident. It's like people are afraid to get close to the curb and have no concept of the size of their car. This is quickly rising to the top of my list of driving pet peeves. Right now it sits just behind the person that feels it's necessary to merge onto the freeway as far up as possible even if that means driving on the shoulder to pass that 1 extra car.
