The Lakers have a solid foundation that should keep them at the top of the conference for at least the next 5 years. But anyone else notice a weakness, it's Pau Gasol's strength, or lack of it. To bang with the bigs (power forwards and centers) he's got to add another 10 lbs of functional muscle. Meaning not just gain strength but power. Hey, the same can be said about Ariza and Walton. Don't know what Walton did this off season but it wasn't what he did prior to last season . He's regressed. These guys should follow the lead of the rest of the team, particularly Kobe, Fish, Farmar(great off season developement) and Vlade. They put in the time with their personal trainers and practiced and got better, see Farmar.
