The Heat gets rid of Shaq's contract, Kwame's comes off the books at the end of the year, the Heat gets a young, talented point guard to play next to D-Wade (ok, they have to take Radmonovic's contract, but we took Brian Grant's contract which was much worse).  Free agents love to come to Miami and now they can sign a good one next year.

We get short term Bynum relief and Shaq can extend his career (as the best back up center in basketball) .. and maybe get another ring or 2!
